GHM New Content Partners - Museums and Organizations!

GHM Academy is happy to announce a new major upgrade to the GHM Academy program. With this upgrade, we are putting in content from our new Content Partners! The Canadian Museum of Nature, the Rick Hansen Foundation, Je Me Souviens, Promenade Fantome and Blacbiblio, are all partners with GHM Academy, with more partners and content being added each month. With this upgrade, GHM Users can access free lessons from GHM content partners and assign them to their classes (if they have any).

GHM Partners include the Rick Hansen Foundation, which promotes accessibility and inclusion, and distributes their educational lessons to all students for free. The Canadian Museum of Nature is also producing free lessons, focusing on Canada's natural history through virtual tour lessons of their permanent exhibitions. Je Me Souviens, a free educational program developed in collaboration with some Quebec military museums, offers free turnkey lessons with activities on GHM. Les Promenades Fantomes gives an intriguing step back into the past with their lessons. Blacbiblio, who develops African Canadian educational resources, has put a fun pilot lesson on GHM to teach about African Canadians.

With all these new partners, new subjects such as Nature, Accessibility, military history and Canadian Black history are all being added to our GHM Bookstore, where existing GHM curriculum-based history lessons for various Canadian provinces is already available. This aligns with GHM Academy’s new mandate which is to publish content on many different subjects, not just history. GHM has even released a few lessons on learning French and English to round out the learning content.

Go to ghmacademy.com and sign up for GHM Academy to access all the free content available. Paid content is also available to be purchased. We look forward to seeing you all learning online!
